I bought 3 boxes of 100ct Splenda, 3 tubes of Luster White toothpaste for sensitive teeth, 3 packages Stayfree pads, 2 bottles Clorox toilet bowl cleaner, 11 packages of Act II popcorn, 3 bottles of Wet & Wild nail polish, 2 eye liner pencils and a eyeliner pencil sharpener for a total out of pocket expense of $2.14! And I still have $3 RR left for next week. I am broke and can only afford free or next to free, so this week has been great for the budget. Here is how I did it.
